With a LEGACY spanning over 100 years, the San Angelo “Dynamic” Downtown Lions Club has demonstrated its commitment to our motto of “We Serve!” As civic and humanitarian needs continue to grow here at home and all over the world, our dedication to community service, volunteerism and making a positive impact in the lives of others solidifies why we’re The “Dynamic” Club.
Providing immediate relief and assistance to those impacted by disasters at home, across the country and all over the world.
Organizing events and partnering with other organizations to beautify and improve our neighborhoods and communities.
Helping individuals and families fight hunger through food drives, distributing baskets of food and providing hot meals.
Recycling donated eyeglasses and providing vision exams and glasses to those in need.

Our emblem is a Lion facing the past with pride & another facing the future with confidence. And then, there's us - the present. Melvin Jones, the founder of Lions Club, paved the way for its members to follow & build on. That was his legacy which continues to live on through us to this day. But, what about ours? Let us pave our own way by educating & guiding our youth towards a bright future. And that, my fellow Lions, will be our L.E.G.A.C.Y.!
